20 Mexican Desserts for Cinco de Mayo!
Sweet and spicy!
Perfect additions to your Cinco de Mayo menu!
Cinco de Mayo is right around the corner and although I love the Mexican dishes and the Mexican beverages, I look forward to the sweet and spicy desserts just as much! Nothing beats a tres leches cake, or some chocolate with spice!
Cinco de Mayo, or the 5th of May celebrates the victory over the French at the Battle of Puebla. Since I live in Texas, it’s a big deal, but Americans country wide celebrate with tacos and margarita’s – as if they needed another reason besides Taco Tuesday!
Make some new Cinco de Mayo traditions and add one of these to your Cinco de Mayo menu! Not to mention, you’ll miss the crowds at the restaurants!
